Our Story

The Ryan Harth Foundation was created in loving memory of Ryan Harth Steigerwald — a devoted father, loyal friend, and compassionate presence whose kindness shaped every life he touched. Ryan believed in showing up for people, especially kids, and in finding light even during life’s hardest moments.

After his passing, Ryan’s family and closest friends came together with a shared purpose: to honor his heart by helping children who are navigating the pain and uncertainty of losing a parent. What began as a memorial effort quickly grew into a mission-driven foundation rooted in empathy, support, and community.

Today, the Foundation provides scholarships, direct support, and access to transformative programs like Experience Camps, giving children the opportunity to heal, grow, and connect with others who understand their journey. Through every child we help, Ryan’s spirit continues — steady, supportive, and full of love.
